By downloading, installing, or using the Copycat application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
You agree not to use the App to generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, explicit, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), or otherwise objectionable. The App utilizes AI image generation, and you are solely responsible for the prompts you submit. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You retain ownership of any original text prompts you submit. The images generated by the AI through your use of the App are provided to you subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider. Copycat claims no ownership over the generated images, but by using the App, you grant us a license to host and display them as part of the service.
The App and all generated content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copycat and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
